Shipping policy

Once product is in shipping, we have no control over delivery times.

Once product is in shipping, Crystal Dreams is no longer responsible for your package. Any lost packages, or theft is not our, Crystal Dreams,  responsibility and we can not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If package is returned to sender, you may receive a partial refund for the items, however shipping costs are unable to be refunded. 

We are not responsible for any customs/borders taxes or fees that you may have to pay if you are international.

Only exception is if the team at Crystal Dreams has made a mistake with the information provided to us.
