At Crystal Dreams, every crystal is individually photographed and thoughtfully selected. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and we take great care to accurately represent each piece through detailed photos and descriptions.

Because each crystal is a one-of-a-kind creation of nature, natural inclusions, fractures, druzy pockets, mineral deposits, and variations in color, pattern, and texture are completely normal. These natural characteristics are part of what makes every crystal beautifully unique and are not considered defects.

Returns

Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you have any questions about a piece before placing your order, we're always happy to provide additional photos or answer any questions so you can shop with confidence.

Damaged Items

We take great pride in carefully packaging every order to help ensure it arrives safely.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon delivery with clear photos of:

• The damaged crystal or item
• The shipping box (before opening, if possible)
• All packaging materials

These photos are required to file a claim with the shipping carrier. We'll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.

Because many of our crystals are one-of-a-kind, we also recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout for added peace of mind.
