Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Crystal Dreams! Every order is carefully packed with the same attention and care we give to selecting each crystal.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During new product releases, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we'll contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping transit times are estimated by the carrier and are separate from our processing time. While we do our best to get your order on its way quickly, Crystal Dreams cannot guarantee delivery dates or be responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Insurance
Because many of our crystals are one-of-a-kind, we highly recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout for added peace of mind.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Crystal Dreams is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update it before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. We'll gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
