When will my order Ship?

Thank you for shopping with Crystal Dreams! Every crystal is hand-selected, individually photographed, and carefully packaged with the same attention and care we would want for our own collection.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During new arrivals, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note that shipping transit times are estimated by the carrier and are separate from our processing time. While we do our best to ship your order promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or be responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For the protection of both our customers and our business, signature confirmation may be required on select higher-value orders.

Shipping Insurance

Many shipping services include up to $100 of carrier coverage (when applicable). Because many of our crystals are one-of-a-kind and may exceed that value, we strongly recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance at checkout for added peace of mind.

Damaged Orders

We take great pride in carefully packaging every order to help ensure it arrives safely.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your package or crystal arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon delivery at Rita@CrystalDreams.shop before discarding any packaging materials.

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include clear photos of:

  • The damaged crystal or item
  • The shipping box (before opening, if possible)
  • The shipping label
  • All packaging materials

Please do not discard the original box or packing materials until we've reviewed your claim, as they may be required by the shipping carrier.

We'll review the damage promptly and work with you to determine the best resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Rita@CrystalDreams.shop. We'll do our best to update your address before your package ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Crystal Dreams is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We'll gladly help guide you through the next steps and assist with the carrier's claims process whenever possible.

Return Policy

At Crystal Dreams, every crystal is individually photographed and thoughtfully selected. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and we take great care to accurately represent each piece through detailed photos and descriptions.

Because each crystal is a one-of-a-kind creation of nature, natural inclusions, fractures, druzy pockets, mineral deposits, and variations in color, pattern, and texture are completely normal. These natural characteristics are part of what makes every crystal beautifully unique and are not considered defects.

Returns

Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you have any questions about a piece before placing your order, we're always happy to provide additional photos or answer any questions so you can shop with confidence.
